1st Winter Market Date!

Our first Winter Market date will be Saturday, November 17th from 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. at the La Crescent Community Center, located at 336 S 1st. Watch for signs and balloons! We're so excited and it's a great time to catch up with the vendors and prepare for the upcoming Holidays!
Face Painting for the kids and have a cup of coffee on us!

Outdoor Market comes to an end for 2012

Sadly enough, the growing season is over, but keep in mind that we'll have 2 Winter market days, November 17th and December 8th!
These will be held indoors at the La Crescent Community Center, so mark them on your calendar now!
Hours will tentatively be 9 - 12.

This sounds like an odd combination- but, if you have never tried a winecap, shitake or oyster mushroom, you'd best make a trip to the market soon!
As for the applewood chips- great to use on the grill when cooking lots of things! Only in La Crescent!

A fun week at the market! Music and more!

Be sure to stop by the market this week with the kids and grandkids as Northern Lights Face Painting (f/k/a Living Canvas Face Painting) will paint for free! and Mary Henthorne will have a crafty project for kids to work on while they wait their turn!

New vendors this week include Emily Jarrett with jewelry and photo note cards and Jonathan Skubis with artisan breads.

Our Master Gardeners will be at the market to answer your gardening and flower questions too!

Saturday, February 18th at the La Crescent Community Center, located at 336 S 1st from 10 -1. Apples, onions, potatoes, squash, sunchokes, garlic, garlic powder, honey products, aloe plants, celery plants, jewelry, baked goods, LEFSE,  locally raised beef, pork and chicken, bison products direct to you from Caledonia!, canned goods, photo note cards, dog and cat toys, and fun stuff for the kids!! Come and have lunch! Sloppy Joes and North Shore Wild Rice Salad will be available for purchase!
